Are FitPot meals fresh or frozen?
FitPot meals are delivered chilled, not frozen. Store them in the fridge and heat when you’re ready.
Do you offer subscription and one-time purchase?
Yes — you can buy as a one-time order or choose a subscription to make weekly meals effortless. You’re always in control of your plan.
Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?
You can manage everything from your FitPot account: pause, skip upcoming orders, change frequency, or cancel anytime.
