What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

DPD will notify you of your delivery window in advance.

If you’re not available, they’ll follow their standard redelivery or safe-place options where possible.

If anything goes wrong, our support team is here to help.

When do you deliver?

We deliver five days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.

Order before 11am for next-day delivery on available days.

Delivery is free from Tuesday to Friday.

Saturday delivery is available for £3.

We use DPD as our courier partner.

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive:

Full DPD tracking
A 1-hour delivery window
Live delivery updates via SMS/email

Will my meals stay cold during delivery?

Yes. All FitPot orders are packed in fully insulated, recyclable boxes with reusable ice packs to keep your meals at a safe temperature during transit.

Your meals arrive ready to go straight into the fridge or freezer.
