**FitPot UK Delivery Policy**

Welcome to hassle-free, swift deliveries with FitPot UK! We've partnered with DPD, our trusted courier, to ensure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition.

**Delivery Schedule:**
- **Order on Monday or Tuesday:** Your delivery will arrive on Thursday.
- **Order from Thursday onwards:** Your delivery will arrive on the following Tuesday.

**Product Handling:**
- Our products are delivered frozen in temperature-controlled boxes designed to keep items frozen for up to 48 hours.
- Please transfer your products to the freezer immediately upon receipt.

**If You're Not Home:**
- If you're not available to receive your order, DPD will leave it in a designated safe place, unless otherwise specified by you.

**Delivery Notifications:**
- DPD will inform you via text and email about your one-hour delivery slot. Please note, rescheduling for the next day is not available.

**Missed Deliveries:**
- If your order does not arrive as scheduled, please contact DPD directly for assistance.
- Additionally, notify us at accounts@precisionprep.uk if there are any issues. We will replace orders lost or damaged during delivery by DPD. Please note that we cannot replace orders once they have been delivered and left unattended.

**Your Responsibility:**
- It's important to ensure that the delivery is received and to monitor the delivery notifications sent by DPD.
