We keep delivery simple, reliable, and predictable — so you know exactly when your meals will arrive. All FitPot meals are delivered frozen and shipped with DPD, one of the UK’s most trusted delivery partners.
Delivery Days & Costs
🚚 Free delivery Tuesday–Friday via DPD
Frozen delivery with clear pricing — no surprises at checkout.
- Tuesday – Friday: Free delivery
- Saturday delivery: £3 (available at checkout)
We do not currently deliver on Mondays or Sundays.
Order Cut-Off & Delivery Timeline
Our daily cut-off time is 11:00am. After that, we begin processing the next dispatch window.
- Orders placed before 11:00am are delivered the next day
- Orders placed after 11:00am are delivered 2 days later
Extended Delivery Postcodes (2-Day Delivery)
Some remote and extended UK postcodes are delivered on a 2-working-day service with DPD due to courier network coverage.
If your postcode falls into this category, delivery timings differ slightly from our standard next-day service.
How 2-day delivery works:
- Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 11:00am: Delivered 2 working days later
- Orders placed after 11:00am on Thursday: Dispatched on Monday and delivered on Wednesday
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive full DPD tracking and a 1-hour delivery window, just like standard deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive full DPD tracking so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.
If you have a preferred delivery day, you can leave a note on your order at checkout, or email us directly after placing your order at hello@fitpot.uk — we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.

If you’re on a subscription, you’ve got full control over your upcoming deliveries.

- From there you can change frequency, pause, skip or cancel anytime

Where We Deliver
We deliver across mainland UK using DPD’s nationwide network. If your postcode isn’t eligible, you’ll be notified at checkout.
Frozen Delivery & Temperature Control
All FitPot meals are delivered frozen to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Meals are cooked, rapidly frozen, and packed in a controlled food environment
- Orders are shipped in insulated packaging designed for frozen food delivery
- Reusable ice packs help maintain safe temperatures throughout transit
This helps protect quality, freshness, and food safety from our kitchen to your freezer.
Recyclable & Reusable Packaging
Your delivery is packed to protect your meals — and to be as low-waste as possible.
- Recyclable cardboard outer box, double-lined for insulation and protection
- Recyclable brown paper void fill to prevent movement during transit
- Reusable ice packs to keep meals at an optimum temperature
Our ice packs can be reused for:
- Picnics and camping trips
- Lunch boxes and cool bags
- Ice baths
- Injury or recovery cooling
Delivery Tracking
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive DPD tracking and delivery updates so you can plan around your drop.
