Because FitPot meals are fresh, chilled food products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in a suitable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos where possible.
We will review the issue promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Late Deliveries
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure meals arrive on time and at the correct temperature. If your delivery is delayed or arrives outside of the expected window, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened meals.
