These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with FitPot via our website. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order
- You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are accurate
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
3. Products & Food Information
All meals are prepared in a council-approved food production facility and stored frozen.

- Nutritional information is provided for guidance and may vary slightly
- Please review ingredient and allergen information carefully before ordering
If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering
- We accept major debit and credit cards and supported digital wallets
- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing orders
5. Delivery
We deliver using DPD and aim to ensure your meals arrive frozen and in optimal condition.
- Orders placed before 11am are dispatched for next-day delivery
- Orders placed after 11am are dispatched for delivery within two days
- We deliver Tuesday to Friday, with optional Saturday delivery (£3)

6. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency selected.
- You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time
- Changes must be made before the next order cut-off time
- Subscriptions are managed via your customer account
To manage your subscription, sign in to your account and select Manage Subscriptions.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours
- Refunds or replacements will be offered where appropriate

8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Store meals according to instructions provided
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Follow preparation and reheating guidance
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not liable for:
- Delivery delays outside our control
- Incorrect storage after delivery
- Indirect or consequential losses
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by FitPot and may not be used without permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and apply to future orders.
